WHAT WE DO
The Mrs. Earth® and Ms. Earth® Pageant is the Elite international pageant system for Diverse and Poised Women. This glamorous event will be held virtually for the first time in history April 22, 2022. While at the Mrs. Earth® and Ms. Earth® Pageant, each delegate will attend press conferences, appearances, charities, parties and rehearsals. This dazzling experience will be entertaining for everyone who participates. The Mrs. and Ms. Earth® title will change the life of two very lucky women. Mrs. Earth® and Ms. Earth® will win thousands of dollars in cash and prizes. Each deserving queen will represent the best qualities of the Earth’s many married and single women.

The mission of the Mrs. Earth® and Ms. Earth® pageant is to combine beauty and nature in a celebration of one of the Earth’s greatest honors…being a woman! Our goal is to showcase women as they fulfill their dreams. We aim to provide a forum that celebrates and rewards women for their outstanding accomplishments and experiences. The unique opportunity will allow all women to gain self-confidence and self-awareness. The goal of this contest is to locate a role model that exemplifies women-hood. The successful victor will be “beautiful” both inside and out. She will be the face and the voice of our organization, spreading the message of tourism, friendship, peace & harmony, awareness to special causes ad preservation of our Mother Earth. The pageant event will be glamorous experience that will produce memories for a lifetime.
WHO WE ARE
Michael R. Stafford | President / CEO
Michael founded the Mrs. Earth® and Ms. Earth® pageant over 10 years ago. He currently works in the aviation industry and is an entertainer/model. Michael has choreographed and performed with the BSC Dance Company, while attending Hawaii Pacific University and traveled as a cast member of “Up with People”. Appearing in made for TV movie specials; print advertisements and walked runways for Gap Inc., Liberty House, and Sears as well as a past spokesmodel for Verizon, Digital Lifestyles/Hip-E, GM, Nueske’s and Hasbro. Michael is no stranger to pageantry having held Mr. Massachusetts, Mr. United America, and Mr. United States, Mister USA titles. With the combination of serving as a state preliminary judge (Miss USA, Mrs. America, and Ms. International, and Miss Teen America), state director (Mrs. Massachusetts and Mrs. Connecticut United States pageant) and his own personal experiences he understands that attention detail and first class service is key to creating a successful international event.

Rojen Morris | National Franchising Manager

Rojen Morris is a Filipino educator, pageant coach, director specialist from the Philippines.
Rojen has won several awards for her gift of Music. She won the Music Idol Philippines in 2008 and has been in different audition castings such as The Voice Philippines, Philippines Got Talent she was cast as a commercial Model music video Aspiring Filipino in 2012. Rojen been involved in pageants for more than 15 years, now she continues her passion when she and her daughter migrated to the United States.
Rojen is the CEO owner and Founder of Star Dreamers Production 4years now , She is also the National Director of Miss Universal Queen USA, National Director of Tri State USA Royalty and National Director of Little Miss /Jr.Teen /Miss Teen USA Earth under Earth Entertainment production. Teaching kids is my passion from education to extra curricular activities and talent training, I love helping kids to develop their talents and skills. My daughter loves pageants and love being on stage She love pageants because she can use her title to spread awareness and share her advocacy , her daughter began competing at age 3.
Confidence, poise, knowledge, leadership, patience and how to achieve your goals through hard work and dedication this are the constant values her daughter and her students she teach in the daily basis.
Rojen resides in West Virginia with her husband Gary Morris who is the Executive Managing finance Director of Star Dreamers Production for 4 years now. Together with her daughter Crystal Saphire who is reigning Little Miss Earth .The Morris family helps other families to explore the beauty of Pageantry while pursuing the family oriented behavior.

It is my honor to watch them grow to become confident and empowered young men and women to pursue their Dreams without hesitation. I am blessed to be involved in the Pageant industry.

Alex Xavier | Franchise Manager

Alex Xavier, the founder of MMPA International Co.,Ltd. He is currently working in pageant community as Pageant Owner and National Director. He holds an MBA Degree from Mahidol University and also graduated LLB from YUDE. He is well know pageant competition organizer based in Asia.
Patrick Stephens | Broadcast Manager
Patrick Stephens brings 20 years broadcasting experience with single and multi-camera productions, streaming media, and live television. IEHD Productions, led by Patrick, entered the pageant scene in 2007 and has shot, edited and directed the broadcasts of systems such as Mrs. California United States, Mrs. United States, Miss Earth United States, Mrs. California International, Miss Teen California International, and has been with the Mrs. Earth organization for the past 3 years. IEHD Productions is a full-service production company providing graphics, media roll-ins, and highlights for live pageant broadcasts, voice over services, b-roll gathering, aerial cinematography utilizes drones and much more.

Curtis Abraham | Video Production Manager (In Loving Memory)
Curtis Abraham is native of Baltimore Maryland. Mr. Abraham is now based in Las Vegas and found the love of film on accident. Working as an appartment maintenance manager Curtis found a camera in an abandon apartment and has been in love with film ever since. This hobby turned into a pasion that lead him to leave his 9 to 5 maintenance job to do film production full time. He has traveled from Las Vegas to California to Montana shooting music videos, short films, and documentaries. Curtis has had the pleasure of being trained by one of the best in the industry, Gino Payne who was the camera OP for "Walking Dead" and "Game of thrones" he trained Curtis on how to be a skilled Director of Photography using a RED scarlet camera. Curtis has worked on many sets since then as a Production Assistant, 1s A/C, DP, Gaffer, Sound OP, BTS photographer, Drone operator, Art department executive. Film production is Mr. Abraham's Niche. Throughout his journey Curtis has been blessed to met some talented professionals who share the same love of the film and production industry as much as he which lead to the creation of his own photo and film production company called "Final Focus production".

Leon Richards | Photographer
Leon L. Richards is no stranger to the entertainment industry. He began his entertainment career as a dancer and transformed into choreography. Mr. Richards studied film and photography and worked on sets over the years for various production companies. He has experience behind the camera as Gaffer, Camera operator, Grip, Production assistant, Photographer, Sound engineer and Editing. He has also worked in front of the camera as an actor. He realized this industry satisfies his love of entertainment and he enjoys the creativity he can bring to a team. While he is skilled in front and behind the camera, Leon is also talented in vacation ownership sales. He knows how to paint a vivid picture to his valued clients of the many benefits of a planned get-a-way. If you think you are seeing double you are not Leon is an identical twin with roots Belize City, Belize. He and his brother were raised in Los Angeles, California USA among the Hollywood legends. Together with his business partners he plans to continue to build his production company and strives to keep exceeding beyond expectations!

Esteban Medaglia | Graphic Designer
Esteban of Pageant Design, graduated with a Bachelor's in TV & Media Production in his native Buenos Aires, and has over 20 years of experience in the world of Pageantry. His credits include the live telecasts of both MISS FLORIDA USA/TEEN USA, numerous independent productions for PBS and Much Music, and editing several magazines both in the US and Argentina. In 2010, he launched PAGEANT DESIGN full-time to address the market need for a "one-stop" graphic design service for the world of Pageantry, exclusively catering to delegates, directors and fashionistas alike. His clients include all major pageant Systems across the United States and many from all over the globe!
